This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of complex customer movements—including relocations, approved exits, and temporary capacity solutions—while maintaining operational excellence and customer trust.The successful candidate will operate across EMEA and AMER regions, partnering with Data Center Operations, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver structured, timely, and well-communicated transitions.ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution & DeliveryLead end-to-end execution of customer transition programs across IBX sitesDevelop and manage detailed program plans, including milestones, dependencies, and timelinesEnsure on-time, within-budget delivery of all transition activitiesTrack and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple stakeholdersCustomer Transition ManagementCoordinate customer moves, exits, and temporary relocations with precision and minimal disruptionServe as a point of contact for customer communication where appropriateEnsure alignment between internal execution plans and customer expectationsMonitor completion of both internal and customer-facing milestonesCross-Functional CoordinationPartner closely with Data Center Operations teams to execute physical and operational transitionsCollaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Capacity Planning, and other stakeholdersDrive accountability across teams to meet program commitmentsGovernance, Documentation & ReportingMaintain high-quality program documentation, including plans, status reports, and decision logsTrack KPIs and provide regular reporting on program health (RAG status, milestones, risks)Ensure clear, consistent communication across global stakeholdersSupport Program Directors in shaping and executing complex transition strategiesQualifications5+ years of program or project management experience in a complex, cross-functional environmentDemonstrated track record of delivering programs on time and within budgetStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreamsExperience working with global teams across multiple time zones (EMEA/AMER preferred)Working knowledge of data center operations or colocation environments strongly preferredExcellent communication skills, including experience interacting with customers and senior stakeholdersKey CompetenciesExecution Discipline: Strong planning, tracking, and follow-throughAttention to Detail: Ability to manage complex logistics without losing precisionStakeholder Management: Confident working across technical, operational, and customer-facing teamsProblem Solving: Able to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in dynamic environmentsOwnership Mindset: Takes accountability for outcomes, not just tasksWhy This Role MattersThis role sits at the intersection of customer experience, operational execution, and revenue protection. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
