- Partner with leaders to assess skills gaps and build talent development plans.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks within the current recruitment process and proactively design, implement, and sustain improvements.
- Own and continuously evolve recruitment framework, ensuring scalable, consistent, and high-quality hiring outcomes across the organization.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks, focusing on long-term fit and retention.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Research market trends and compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using a mix of traditional sourcing methods and innovative, best-in-class recruitment strategies.
- Represent the company at recruitment events and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track key recruitment metrics, establish benchmarks, and create reports to guide data-driven improvements.
- Ensure all hiring practices align with employment laws and internal compliance standards.
- Own and continuously evolve a scalable, consistent recruitment framework that delivers high-quality hiring outcomes across the organization.
- Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks within the recruitment process, and design, implement, and sustain meaningful improvements.
- Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor to assess skills gaps, shape role requirements, and build talent and development plans aligned to business needs.
- Consistently attract, engage, and secure high-calibre talent through targeted sourcing strategies that support long-term fit and retention.
- Build and maintain strong, forward-looking talent pipelines for critical roles, reducing time-to-fill and improving hiring quality.
- Leverage market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment data to inform sourcing decisions and optimize hiring strategies.
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage, reinforcing employer brand and values.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to drive data-informed decisions and demonstrate measurable impact.
- Ensure all hiring practices are compliant, well-governed, and aligned with employment legislation and internal standards.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in high-volume recruitment within manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and relevant employment legislation
- Proven ability to partner strategically with hiring managers to develop and execute effective talent acquisition plans.
- Skilled in leveraging recruitment analytics and key metrics to drive data-informed hiring decisions and improve process efficiency.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing needs, and work effectively both independently and within a team.
