- Review production schedule to prepare and schedule appropriate tooling
- Inspect, clean, install, and test tooling for mechanical/electrical functionality
- Store and maintain tooling inventory following FIFO practices
- Repair tooling parts when feasible, or coordinate complex repairs with maintenance
- Troubleshoot tooling and process issues to reduce downtime and scrap
- Maintain detailed documentation and reports as required
- Promote and adhere to Health & Safety standards
- Actively participate in LEAN and 5S activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with LEAN and 5S principles
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
