- Report to the Director, Strategy and Innovation.
- You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation for projects ranging from strategic planning initiatives to tactical activities.
- You’ll play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects successfully within established timelines, allocated resources, and budgets.
- You’ll assist in identifying and documenting business goals and objectives as part of the initiation phase.
- You’ll lead the development of project charters and facilitate discussions to finalize scope, schedule, and resources.
- You’ll be expected to manage several projects at various stages.
- Projects will be different in scope, size, and complexity.
- Successful completion of projects will be the key performance indicator for this position; beginning with Project Initiation; Planning; Delivery; Implementation and transition to Post-Implementation.
- You have a post-secondary education in a related field.
- You’ve got at least 3-5 years under your belt in project management experience.
- Exceptional communication skills across a range of forums and channels and with senior level stakeholders.
- Your project management skills are impeccable at every stage – planning, analysis, problem solving, delivery and communication.
- Having a project management designation (ISP, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) would be considered an asset.
