- Build business with existing customers, aiming to exceed sales targets while strengthening relationships.
- Engage with key customer contacts to identify new needs and opportunities within your territory.
- Represent All Weather at events like trade shows and home builder functions to promote our brand and build customer connections.
- Continuously deepen product knowledge through training and engage customers with exceptional service in our showrooms
- Deliver a positive service experience by understanding and meeting each customer’s unique needs.
- Oversee quoting and consult on projects, ensuring the best product fit for customer requirements.
- Negotiate agreements to maximize profit while maintaining customer trust, and manage timelines and expectations professionally.
- Preferred education in marketing, communications, sales, or business; equivalent experience considered.
- Architectural design knowledge and the ability to read engineering drawings are assets.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to adapt to customer needs.
- Proven adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage change under pressure.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems for managing leads, customer records, and forecasting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clear abstract; satisfactory completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing required.
- Ability to deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos, highlighting value and ROI.
- Effective organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability in account management, maintaining high customer satisfaction and leveraging relationships with key decision makers.
- Deep knowledge of All Weather products and consultative selling skills to provide tailored solutions.
