
Technical Services Specialist I

- Scoping, implementing, and maintaining technical service products using Absorb's software stack.
- Gathering and documenting project requirements, confirming project scope, and working with clients to develop achievable timelines and program goals for their LMS.
- Managing client projects to completion according to client timelines and requirements.
- Delivering training, consulting, and best practice information on Absorb products & services.
- Supporting and implementing additional products and integrations such as RESTful API, Single Sign On, CRM/HRM integrations, etc.
- Assisting and collaborating with other Absorb teams on technical and data-related issues.
- Updating and maintaining internal documentation resources.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to provide the best possible service experience in every interaction.
- Minimum 2 years' experience implementing integration solutions for a SaaS software company or similar
- Strong Communication skills (both written and oral) and presentation capabilities, with an ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to audiences at varying technical levels
- Experience implementing, training, and/or managing data migrations for a SaaS software
- Strong analytical skills to model and solve complex business requirements and make recommendations on best practices
- Able to maintain high-quality service delivery and supporting documentation
- Self-driven, able to work independently and with a team
- Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience with APIs, Single Sign On and SQL
- Experience with CRM and HRIS applications (e.g. Salesforce, ADP, BambooHR, UKG Pro, Dayforce, Workday, etc.)
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Snowflake, Sisense)
- Absorb LMS & DMS, SQL (MSSQL), Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA/Confluence, MS Office Suite, Workato.
