Project Coordinator to support our operations and design teams in delivering high-quality,
efficient, and sustainable construction solutions.
Position Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Operations and Logistics Engineer and work cross-
functionally with our operations, design, trades, and supply teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring
smooth communication, accurate scheduling, timely procurement, and effective documentation
across multiple departments. You will help drive operational excellence by coordinating efforts
between stakeholders and ensuring all moving parts of a project are aligned.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Operations and Logistics Engineer in planning and execution of production and
installation projects. Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and progress reports. Order and track materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost control. Coordinate communication with trades, suppliers, and internal departments. Review and verify orders, materials, product specifications, and shop drawings. Support and oversee tasks within the Design Department:

Monitor design schedules and workflow

Ensure clear communication between design and operations

Provide first-level review of drawings and documentation Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, reporting issues and proposing solutions. Maintain documentation related to procurement, logistics, and production processes.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Completed a Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering,
logistics, or a related field. 2+ years' experience in a project coordination role in a construction or manufacturing
setting.
A25-167 Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Project); experience with project
management or scheduling software is an asset. Comfortable reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a wide variety of teams and
stakeholders.
Assets (Not Required but a Plus): Experience in prefab/modular construction Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies Experience with ERP systems or inventory management tools
