- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and manage expectations.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and adjust priorities to keep projects on schedule.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, documenting action items and ensuring follow-through.
- Assist the Director of QA with operational tasks, such as compiling project reports, tracking departmental KPIs, and coordinating team activities.
- Support the Director in the preparation of presentations, status reports, and other project-related documentation for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
- Proactively identify and escalate project risks or issues to the Director of QA.
- Ensure all project-related defects and issues are logged, tracked, and prioritized using tools such as Jira.
- Coordinate with the testing team to ensure effective execution of test plans and timely resolution of defects.
- Monitor team workloads and assist in reassigning tasks to balance demand and meet deadlines.
- Support in identifying resource gaps and suggesting potential solutions to optimize team efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including test plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Comfortable working in Agile and Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of iterative development practices.
- Familiar with test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines, and how they support efficient, high-quality software delivery.
- A natural problem-solver with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset who thrives on overcoming challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a software QA or software development environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working across diverse teams.
- Ability to identify potential risks and issues in projects and work proactively to resolve them.
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
