- Own and grow D2C revenue across Canada and select U.S. accounts.
- Manage relationships with online marketplaces and drop-ship partners.
- Collaborate on promotions, merchandizing, content, and product launches.
- Monitor pricing, margins, customer feedback, and competitive positioning.
- Use data and analytics to optimize assortment and channel performance.
- Develop and execute integrated sales strategies across D2C channels.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and account-level plans.
- Track KPIs and provide regular reporting on sales performance, margins, and growth opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to align demand planning and inventory.
- Leverage existing relationships to accelerate access to major accounts.
- Prospect and develop new wholesale, retail, and online opportunities.
- Represent the enterprise at trade shows, buyer meetings, and industry events.

- 7+ years of experience in B2B and/or D2C sales within consumer goods, home, outdoor, or related categories.
- Proven experience managing large retail accounts.
- Existing relationships with Costco, Home Depot, and other major retailers strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success driving D2C or marketplace sales.
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and account management skills.
- Ability to operate independently with full ownership of sales outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel preferred (pivot tables, margin analysis, forecasting models).
- Familiarity with retail EDI platforms and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret sales and margin data to support strategic decision-making.
