Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the customer relationship
Prepare and deliver quotations for products, contracts, and parts supply

Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions

Degree or certification in business, marketing, or communications is an asset
Strong knowledge of underground heavy equipment, with basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical understanding
Experience in underground mining applications is an advantage
Proven success in customer relations, account management, or technical sales
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and build value-driven proposals
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
