You'll own key customer relationships, solve complex challenges, and drive growth in one of the most dynamic mining regions in Canada. Shift: 5x2- Monday-Friday
Safety Sensitive: No- RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Travel: up to 75% travel within Canada
Relocation: This position does not offer relocationKey Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the customer relationship
  • Prepare and deliver quotations for products, contracts, and parts supply
  • Resolve customer challenges quickly, including product availability, planning, and invoicing
  • Build strong internal partnerships with sales, service, parts, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Present market trends, product updates, and technical information during customer and product review meetings
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Degree or certification in business, marketing, or communications is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of underground heavy equipment, with basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical understanding
  • Experience in underground mining applications is an advantage
  • Proven success in customer relations, account management, or technical sales
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and build value-driven proposals
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
