NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITIONCOMPANY DESCRIPTIONEstablished in 1979, Toro Aluminum has became a leader in the development and manufacturing of window walls and doors for high-rise condominiums, office buildings and hotels, across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.REPORTINGThe AutoCAD Technician reports directly to the CAD Manager at Toro Aluminum.RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Produce accurate shop drawings using AutoCAD/REVIT, in compliance with contract documents, project specifications, and company standards.
Review and implement architectural revisions, ASIs, SKs, and engineer/client comments accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards relevant to window wall systems.
Support the engineering review and stamping process by addressing comments and updating drawings accordingly.
Participate in Bluebeam sessions and internal reviews as required.
Assist with as-built drawings and updates based on site conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit.
Experience with window wall- 3+ years of experience
Curtain wall, or façade systems experience considered as asset.
Strong understanding of shop drawing production and coordination workflows.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.

Salary Range: $50,000- $100,000#INDHP
