We are seeking a Systems Analyst to shape and implement solutions across several core business systems. This is ideal for a technically strong analyst who is hands-on today and interested in growing toward solution architecture.Role OverviewYou will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. The role requires strong technical fluency, including comfort reading code, troubleshooting, designing integrations, and supporting delivery teams. You will act as the bridge between business needs and system design so platforms are scalable, reliable, and easy to evolve.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysis and Solution DesignElicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirementsTranslate requirements into technical specs, data flows, interface contracts, and integration designsPartner with architecture to align solutions to enterprise standards, security, and scalabilityTechnical Delivery and SupportWork with developers and QA to ensure accurate implementation and test coverageReview configuration, data mappings, and integrations for quality and maintainabilityTroubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support releases and post-release validationStakeholder CollaborationPartner with operations, product, sales, support, and finance to align systems with business goalsServe as a subject matter expert across one or more core platforms such as CRM, ERP, billing, or customer portalsCoordinate with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryWhat You Bring5–10 years in systems analysis or related technical roles within complex, enterprise or mid-market environmentsStrong technical skills: REST APIs, JSON, Postman/Swagger, Git/GitHub, IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platformsAbility to read and discuss code with engineers (Java, .NET, or similar)Experience designing integrations, workflows, and data models with clear source-to-target mappingsProficiency with Agile and familiarity with Waterfall where neededExcellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsPreferred ExperienceHands-on work with any of: CRM, ERP, billing, payments, document management, customer portals, or data/analytics platformsData fluency with SQL for validation, reporting, and defect analysisExposure to automation or AI-assisted workflowsBackground or aspiration toward solution architectureTo apply, contact Anusha Suresh at AnushaS@srastaffing.com.
