It’s about building trust, sharing culture, and helping seniors live with dignity, comfort, and independence in their own homes.We are currently seeking a Cantonese-speaking Care Professional who is compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care to seniors in our community.Whether you are an experienced caregiver or someone with a genuine passion for helping others, we welcome individuals who value connection, respect, and meaningful relationships.About the RoleIn this role, you will support Cantonese-speaking older adults by helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Responsibilities include:Providing companionship and conversation, primarily in CantoneseAssisting with personal care, including toileting, showering, grooming, and hygieneSupporting meal preparation and light housekeepingAssisting with errands and appointments as neededPromoting client safety, comfort, and overall well-beingCompleting clear and accurate documentation in English using our Care App (training provided)Qualifications and RequirementsMust reside in or near Richmond, BCFluent in Cantonese and conversational English (required for documentation)Compassionate, reliable, and professionalMinimum 6 months of caregiving or home support experience preferredValid driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred (not mandatory)Ability to pass a criminal background checkAssets (not required):
