Job SummaryQualicare Homecare BC is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Health Care Aides (HCAs), Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and Caregivers to join our growing home care team in Richmond, BC and surrounding Lower Mainland communitiesAs a caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance. Our caregivers play an important role in helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while remaining safely at home.We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and ongoing training, allowing caregivers to build meaningful relationships with clients while developing their skills.Why Work With Qualicare

Caregiver ResponsibilitiesProvide in-home support to clients including:Personal Care

Assist with bathing and showering
Help with dressing and grooming
Support with toileting and hygiene
Assist with mobility and safe ambulation
Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance

Daily Living Support

Light housekeeping
Shopping and errands
Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
Medication reminders
Provide companionship and emotional support

Care Coordination

Follow the client care plan
Communicate with the Care Coordinator and care team
Complete documentation and shift notes

Qualifications

Health Care Aide Certificate, Personal Support Worker certificate, or equivalent experience
Foreign-trained nurses and nursing students welcome
Current CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Criminal Record Check – Vulnerable Sector (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to travel within the Greater Vancouver area
Smartphone with internet access for communication and scheduling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
