Working within a fast-paced environment, the Client Relationship Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both our internal / external customer base. The candidate must be able to build strong relationships and maximize customer loyalty by providing “best in class” customer service. With the use of various applications, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing, researching and taking the initiative for resolving issues and problems in a proactive manner.You Will Be Responsible For:Receiving all inbound calls and representing Invesco in a professional manner across all media typesEstablishing and building rapport with customers by engaging in conversations that educate them on Invesco products and services.Develop and offer business building ideas to enable our client base to become more efficient in the way they do business with InvescoWork closely with other departments and representatives to build and maintain existing business and relationshipsAll administrative client service issues (i.e., rejected trades, problem resolution)Ensure all information requested by clients is forwarded on a timely basisHighly diligent in understanding customer requirementsMeeting or exceeding departmental quality standards and job-related performance targetsDemonstrating strong multi-tasking skills while still being accessible to our client base by performing the day-to-day operationsThe Experience You Bring:Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and FrenchPassion for delivering an exceptional client experienceStrong desire to learn and grow in the investment management industryThrive in a workplace culture that promotes diversity and teamworkAnalytical and critical thinking skills to solve client problemsPost-secondary education, strongly preferredFull Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)NoWorkplace ModelPursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
