- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
- To order all Pane Fresco Carvery products and supplies and oversee the production and merchandising of product, as per the Fortino’s Health Code;
- To be responsible for organizing and setting up the department, maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring proper signage is made up and put up correctly;
- To schedule, direct and supervise all Pane Fresco Carvery staff to secure department efficiencies;
- To interview and select new hires, and train new employees;
- To maximize sales and gross profit, ensuring sales’ goals and budgets are met;
- To ensure the maintenance of equipment and the safety and sanitation of the department, as per Company Policy;
- To respond to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times; other duties as required.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the hot foods industry, with a minimum of 3 years’ management experience in either a restaurant or fast food operation;
- Previous managerial experience and knowledge of production schedules is a definite asset;
- Food Handlers Certification would be an asset;
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure;
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
