Our client, a leading GC/CM, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Burlington-based team. This is a key leadership opportunity to take ownership of light industrial and related ICI projects, driving delivery excellence from pre-construction through to turnover.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple light industrial builds, from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams of coordinators, site staff, and subcontractors in a collaborative GC/CM environment.
  • Oversee contract administration, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior project staff, contributing to the long-term success of the project delivery team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards across all projects.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior PM capacity.
  • Strong background in GC/CM project delivery, with a proven track record in the light industrial sector.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate large, complex project teams.
  • Solid understanding of contracts, cost reporting, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Professional credentials such as P.Eng., PMP, or Gold Seal are considered strong assets.
  • Based within commuting distance to Burlington, ON.
