- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle scheduling and appointment management for staff and clients.
- Maintain an organized front desk and office environment.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Provide information about our products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the water treatment industry is an advantage.
