- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer, screen, and forward calls.
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies.
- Schedule appointments and maintain electronic calendars for team members.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and lobby.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Support the business administration team with special projects as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when inventory is low.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on positive customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
