- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff (filing, data entry, document preparation)
- Assist with opening and closing client files
- Perform other general office duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role
- Completion of related post-secondary education (Business Administration, Administrative Assistant Certificate, Legal Assistant Diploma, or similar) is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
