What you’ll do:Customer Care Representative is responsible for the liaise with customers, both internal and external, to ensure exceptional Customer Experience and support team members as required:
  • Logged in and prepared to answer inbound calls from customers in a professional manner at a scheduled start time
  • Placing orders for customers received via multiple systems and technology
  • Confirming accurate information to customers based on product availability and delivery.
  • Researching information using multiple resources.
  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Prepare quotes and order confirmations
  • Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with internal and external customers
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skill sets
What it takes:
  • Minimum Grade 12 education, College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong PC keyboarding skills: Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to details, time management and decision-making skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a cross functional environment
  • Relationship building skills
  • Passion for helping others
  • Multi-tasking skills, showcased using several applications
Assets to have:
  • Ability to work in the SAP environment
  • Bilingual (English and French)
