- Accurately maintain customer records and information.
- Collaborate with other departments to share relevant information and enhance productivity.
- Manage confidential data and information with integrity.
- Participate in project-based activities aimed at improving department processes and strategies.
- Meet daily KPI targets to ensure goals are achieved.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
- A college diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- A positive, adaptable attitude with a drive for high performance.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (an asset, but not required).
