Project Manager

• Manage all aspects of projects including quoting, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, risk management, safety, and quality control.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously throughout their entire life cycle.
• Estimate, propose, and manage project scope and budgets accurately.
• Engage and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate resource assignments to ensure schedules remain on track.
• Visit client sites to determine project needs and specifications.
• Manage key milestones and deliverables on small and large-scale projects.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations for design improvements, as needed.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, ensuring all phases of projects are completed on time.
• Attend meetings and maintain efficient communication with all stakeholders.
• Uphold and promote safe work practices, contributing to a strong safety culture.

• Experience in the food, beverage, and/or pharmaceutical industries is an asset.
• Functional expertise in architectural and/or mechanical disciplines or knowledge of process engineering.
• Familiarity with NBC, OBC, and ABC building codes.
• PMP certification holder (or in progress) or Gold Seal certified preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).

• Degree, diploma, or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the construction, consulting, or design-build environment.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel as required.

• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Ability to converse and collaborate across departments and disciplines.
• Agile multitasking skills to manage projects of varying complexity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Initiative, problem-solving capabilities, and risk assessment expertise.
• Willingness to learn, train others, and work collaboratively in a high-performance environment.
• Proficiency in independently executing responsibilities with minimal oversight.
• Ability to professionally interact with clients and willingness to travel within Ontario as project needs dictate.
