Manage a team of highly motivated individuals
Monitor operational quality or safety
Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work.
Establish spa budgets and financial goals.
Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
Has 2+ years of luxury spa experience
Practical knowledge of spa operations
Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
Strong communication skills
Flexible schedule and positive working attitude
Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
