Remote Flexibility: Hybrid Remote FlexibilityOur client, a respected law firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Legal Assistant or Law Clerk to support a busy Labour & Employment practice with some exposure to workplace investigation files. This role is best suited to a seasoned professional who is confident, resilient, and able to manage litigation files independently while supporting lawyers in a fast-paced environment.Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide senior litigation support on labour and employment law matters.
- Manage files independently including preparation of pleadings, document organization, and deadline tracking.
- Assist with workplace investigation files as required.
- Maintain organized files, correspondence, and court materials.
- Monitor litigation timelines and proactively advance files.
- Work closely with lawyers in a high-volume, fast-paced practice.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant or Law Clerk.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and file management.
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision.
- Labour and employment law experience considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a demanding legal environment.
