- Manage, mentor, and develop support engineers while ensuring reliable operational coverage.
- Oversee application patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure maintenance, ensuring systems remain secure and compliant with security standards.
- Manage certificate lifecycle processes, including monitoring expirations and coordinating renewals.
- Support and maintain Secure Managed File Transfer (SMFT) applications and services, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
- Maintain working knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and database systems to support troubleshooting and system stability.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to support infrastructure and application monitoring.
- Coordinate patching cycles, upgrades, and operational changes across supported platforms.
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks to support consistent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements with internal stakeholders.
- Track operational metrics, vulnerability remediation progress, and system health, and report status to leadership.
- Support audit, compliance, and security initiatives related to application operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service reliability, implement new solutions, and drive innovation in application support and operational processes.
