We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with a team of Business Analysts to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will excel in driving growth, ensuring precision in deliverables, and navigating diverse project methodologies.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage several projects at once, balancing smaller initiatives and larger undertakings effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports and presentations with a strong attention to detail.
  • Drive strategic growth and contribute to the development of the team and division.
  • Apply both agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate for project needs.
  • Maintain high attention to detail across all project deliverables.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision while ensuring team collaboration.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion.
  • Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions within projects.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction or contractor industry.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and Cisco solutions.
  • Expertise in budget processes and managing financial aspects of projects.
  • Knowledge of AB testing and its application in project scenarios.
  • Skilled in implementing change management strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain alignment with team goals.
