- Process biweekly payroll for a mixed workforce including hourly and salaried employees
- Support payroll administration for employees working at project sites and remote locations
- Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and related systems
- Review payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audit support
- Respond to employee payroll questions in a timely and professional manner
- Partner closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met
- Help improve payroll workflows, documentation, and internal controls
- Support system updates and upcoming ERP implementation
- Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure employee changes are processed correctly
- Contribute to process improvements as the organization continues to grow
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll information
- 1- 2 years of recent payroll or related administrative experience
- Experience using ADP is required
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, growing business
- Able to stay organized and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Able to work full-time in office in Vancouver
- Experience with hourly and salaried payroll is an asset
- Exposure to NetSuite or other ERP systems is an asset
- PCP designation or working toward PCP is an asset
