- Define and manage product positioning, branding, marketing, and pricing strategies
- Partner with sales and operations to increase market share and revenue
- Support technical improvements and innovation across equipment offerings
- Conduct market studies and analyze competitive landscape
- Drive product applications and training development for internal teams
- Monitor fleet performance and contribute to fleet planning and capital strategy
- Collaborate across departments to align execution with business objectives
- Present to stakeholders and communicate progress on strategy regularly
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in the power distribution or related industrial sector
- Experience in both technical and sales roles
- Strong project management skills and a strategic mindset
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners
- Proven track record in pricing strategy, market analysis, and business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A degree in business, engineering, or a related field
