They are looking for their new Major Account Manager to ensure the operational management, development and loyalty of key customers in the laundry and dishwasher equipment sector.Your role:
  • Make regular visits to the territory (mainly Montreal, occasionally Quebec City).
  • Maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers.
  • Supervise resources assigned to accounts and plan services to be delivered.
  • Ensure application of service protocols for optimal performance.
  • Contribute to the growth of the institutional and laundry division.
  • Work in synergy with technical and sales teams.
Skills and qualifications :
  • Bilingual French / English (asset)
  • 3 to 5 years experience in laundry or dishwasher systems (mandatory)
  • Strong organizational, coordination and priority management skills
  • Supervisory experience (asset)
  • Excellent sense of service, field spirit and ability to solve problems quickly
