As a Recruitment Specialist with Meridia, you will have the opportunity to get involved with a wide variety of activities, as you support searches from start to finish, ensuring we provide clients and candidates with exemplary client and candidate care. You will contribute to an established practice while providing coverage during a parental leave.Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a network of relevant candidates.
- Providing support to the senior staff in conducting candidate research using different candidate databases and through online research.
- Preparing candidate materials for clients.
- Supporting the quality and accuracy of our database through the quality assurance of incoming data and management of candidate data in our systems.
- Creating job ads and posting them on available platforms. When applicable, appropriately record paid ads and communicate to accounting to support invoicing.
- Providing candidate research support, leveraging your ability to think critically and creatively to identify prospective candidates through multiple sources.
- Providing reporting support in our ATS/CRM, such as generating records of experience reports for proposals.
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection process of different roles, which may include collecting applications, screening candidates, and conducting reference checks.
- Conducting preliminary candidate conversations to assess their alignment with key selection criteria and present opportunities in an engaging way.
- Supporting inclusive recruitment processes and practices, in keeping with our firm's policies and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
