  • Collaborate with HC leadership to develop, lead and implement HR initiatives, strategies and programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to align project outcomes with organizational goals
  • Lead research projects, conduct in-depth analysis and create action plans for strategic projects that support best practices, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery of milestones
  • Lead, coordinate and facilitate meetings and training sessions
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data to inform project decisions, including focus group feedback, surveys and organizational assessments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support change management and strategic execution
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound judgment in decision-making
Skills and Experience
  • Post-secondary education and accreditation, with HR specialty
  • Completion of, or working towards, CPHR designation
  • Minimum 1 year of HR leadership experience
  • Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
  • Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
