- Collaborate with HC leadership to develop, lead and implement HR initiatives, strategies and programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to align project outcomes with organizational goals
- Lead research projects, conduct in-depth analysis and create action plans for strategic projects that support best practices, innovation and continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery of milestones
- Lead, coordinate and facilitate meetings and training sessions
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data to inform project decisions, including focus group feedback, surveys and organizational assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support change management and strategic execution
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound judgment in decision-making
- Post-secondary education and accreditation, with HR specialty
- Completion of, or working towards, CPHR designation
- Minimum 1 year of HR leadership experience
- Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
- Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
