  • Responsible for the development and ongoing improvement of all processes, tools and guidelines pertaining to our Human Capital systems, ensuring functionality meets our evolving business needs
  • Oversee the maintenance of system controls and security within multiple business systems
  • Engage with national and regional leadership, stakeholders and vendors to ensure our HC technology supports regulatory compliance, operational activities and strategic initiatives
  • Design and configure reports and innovative data analytics to identify real-time, actionable business insights on trends that affect strategic and data-driven HC decisions
  • Provide direction and coaching to team members supporting Human Capital systems and data
  • Play a lead role in educating and/or training Regional Human Capital teams
  • Work in collaboration with the Finance and Technology teams, other internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between multiple business systems
  • Troubleshoot application issues and work towards timely resolution
  • Maintain data integrity by conducting audits, reviewing reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness; question inconsistencies in data and bring forward to HC leadership
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the end-user experience
  • Continually expand your knowledge through professional development and ongoing research of technology and human capital management industry trends
Skills and Experience
  • Computer Science or Business Administration degree or relevant experience in HR and data management
  • Minimum 3 years of HR leadership experience, with a focus on HC systems and business analytics
  • Ability to communicate in French and English would be considered an asset
  • Proven data analysis experience with expertise in creating advanced reports and dashboards
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Exceptional presentation and project management skills
  • Critical thinker and strategic planner who is motivated by continuous system improvement and is comfortable navigating ambiguity
