DescriptionGreat new opportunity for a growing and well established organization, a leader in group discounts and employee perks in the Canadian market. Full time, permanent position. This position will start out as In Office (Etobicoke office location) and will continue as hybrid depending on training/ performance. Salary: 50K - 60K, full benefits, 3 weeks vacation.Responsibilities
  • Answer customer phone calls and emails to resolve client problems and
inquiries. * Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal andexternal customers. * Diffuse difficult customer situations; focus on providing solutions.
  • Assist customers with perk/ offer redemption & technology related issues
  • Explain website navigation to non-technical audiences at any level
  • Handle multiple customer situations and temperaments while performing
repetitive tasks. * Take ownership of customer’s problems and concerns andidentify/recommend continuous improvements. * Collaborate. You will, as part of the Operations team, work to understandcustomer expectations and take direction from the various departments
across the company. * Quality control. You will review content and perk offers, test links and geotags.
  • You will ensure accurate information is displayed on the website
  • Be curious. You will pursue customer insights and actively contribute to our commitment to showcasing value to both our 2000+ vendor partners and thousands of end-users across the country
Qualifications
  • 2 - 3 years of related bilingual Customer Service experience
  • Completed post-secondary education
  • Fully bilingual English and French (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent overall communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take ownership and be pro-active
  • Strong problem solving skills
