- Function as a trusted consultant on client analytics, efficiently translating data into strategic solutions for internal and client teams
- Serve as an analytics/insights expert on assigned therapeutic area and enterprise accounts, establishing condition area subject matter expertise and relating it to brand goals and strategic priorities
- Provide strategic support on patient audience management, prioritization and audience recommendations to support sales and executional teams
- Support the sales team by making robust measurement and audience recommendations for potential clients
- Manage and present campaign reporting and measurement, generating insights and client-facing stories
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to collect and analyze data across the Phreesia network
- Work cross-functionally on strategic projects, thought leadership, sales support materials, ad hoc requests, and other measurement collateral using 3rd party data, internal data, and secondary research. This may include market landscape insights, point of care insights, media insights and comparison data, ROI analyses, case studies, benchmarking and more
- Support new initiatives in partnership with Analytics & Insights team leaders to develop new approaches to data assessment and drive meaningful business growth and operational efficiencies
- Contributes individually and manage 2-3 junior team members
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in analytics role, Media analytics agency or consulting experience preferred
- Pharma or healthcare experience; previous vaccines and pharmacy experience preferred
- Project management experience and/or experience leading projects end-to-end preferred
- Consultative experience with clients
- Strong interest in developing subject matter expertise and a career within the healthcare field
- Ability to think strategically, knowing how to utilize data to guide bigger picture decisions
- High energy self-starter who enjoys finding creative solutions to complex problems
- Comfortable with ambiguity, possessing intellectual curiosity to dig into data able to find the underlying cause of a problem
- Team player who is comfortable going against the grain and backing up opinion with data
- Passion, with a drive to improve and grow
