Exterior Specialist - Construction

- Coordinate and support exterior construction activities including siding, windows, doors, and roofing installations
- Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure schedules are met and work is completed to quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and assist in identifying and resolving exterior-related issues
- Support warranty and service requests for exterior components
- Provide accurate documentation and reporting on work progress and deficiencies
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate exterior work
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies on job sites
- 3+ years of experience in construction with a focus on exterior systems
- Strong knowledge of siding, windows, doors, roofing, and other building envelope components
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Salary starting at $75,000, depending on experience
