Known for its team-oriented culture and commitment to craftsmanship, the company is seeking an Exterior Specialist to support residential and commercial projects. This role offers the chance to apply your knowledge of building envelopes, siding, windows, doors, and roofing to deliver high-quality results across a variety of projects.Exterior Specialist - Construction responsibilities:
Coordinate and support exterior construction activities including siding, windows, doors, and roofing installations
Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure schedules are met and work is completed to quality standards
Conduct site inspections and assist in identifying and resolving exterior-related issues
Support warranty and service requests for exterior components
Provide accurate documentation and reporting on work progress and deficiencies
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate exterior work
Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies on job sites
The successful candidate has:
3+ years of experience in construction with a focus on exterior systems
Strong knowledge of siding, windows, doors, roofing, and other building envelope components
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Compensation and benefits:
Salary starting at $75,000, depending on experience
Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may be considered
