We are seeking a driven and community-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a high-energy, pure sales role focused on generating new business through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and community engagement. You will not be handed leads success in this role is based on your ability to hunt, prospect, and close.

- Prospect, identify, and pursue new client opportunities, primarily in Personal Lines Insurance, with the potential to grow into Commercial Lines
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within the community to generate leads and referrals
- Attend local networking events, engage with centers of influence, and represent the company in a professional manner
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities through diligent follow-up and tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and customer satisfaction
- Recent College or University graduate (ideally 23 years post-graduation)
- Customer-facing experience (e.g., sales, service, or hospitality)
- Self-motivated prospector with a passion for sales and a willingness to actively pursue new business
- Well-connected or comfortable building relationships in the local community
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Background in high-performance, customer-driven environments (e.g., car rental management trainee programs, automotive sales) is an asset
- Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Base Salary: $50,000 $55,000
