Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 Base + Commission

We are seeking a driven and community-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a high-energy, pure sales role focused on generating new business through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and community engagement. You will not be handed leads — success in this role is based on your ability to hunt, prospect, and close.

  • Prospect, identify, and pursue new client opportunities, primarily in Personal Lines Insurance, with the potential to grow into Commercial Lines
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within the community to generate leads and referrals
  • Attend local networking events, engage with centers of influence, and represent the company in a professional manner
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities through diligent follow-up and tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Recent College or University graduate (ideally 2–3 years post-graduation)
  • Customer-facing experience (e.g., sales, service, or hospitality)
  • Self-motivated prospector with a passion for sales and a willingness to actively pursue new business
  • Well-connected or comfortable building relationships in the local community
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Background in high-performance, customer-driven environments (e.g., car rental management trainee programs, automotive sales) is an asset
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000
  • Commission on new business
