
Bid Operations Specialist

- Manage and Process Client tender requests and related data.
- Process purchase orders and proposal closeout activities.
- Responsible for extracting several weekly, monthly, quarterly reports from data base and distribution to appropriate stakeholders.
- Responsible for providing necessary access to corporate/proposal tools (Share point site, OneCRM – Dynamics 365, Project Fact Sheets…etc.) for individuals new to bid team.
- Responsible for proposal charge codes activities, including charge code creation, budget update, closeout.
- Assist with collation and interpretation of data.
- Assist with customer feedback activities and reports.
- Assist with management of and upload to Client Portals.
- Maintain several proposal related logs.
- Assist setting up necessary meetings to process client request and proposal development.
- Create and maintain the proposals database with accurate and timely updates.
- Adheres to all Corporate Policies and Procedures.
- Recommend, manage, and implement improvements of corporate/proposal tools and resources.
- Coordinate/Support bid operation and other process improvement initiatives, as identified.
