This is an early-career role designed for someone who has had initial exposure to sales and is ready to grow their skills in a structured, supportive environment. You will work closely with an experienced sales leader and team, engaging with customers, supporting sales activities, and developing the fundamentals needed to succeed in a commercial role. Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day sales activities and customer interactions
- Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Learn and follow the sales process, tools, and CRM systems
- Prepare sales materials, follow-ups, and internal reporting
- Build foundational knowledge of products, customers, and the Canadian market
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support account needs
- Continuously develop sales skills through coaching and feedback
- Some previous exposure to sales or customer-facing roles (internship, contract, inside sales, retail, customer success, or similar)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop professionally
- Comfortable engaging with customers and handling objections at a basic level
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and repetitive tasks effectively
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking systems
- Exposure to B2B sales environments
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
