- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the dealership.
- Identify potential customers and follow up on leads generated by the dealership.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best meets their needs and budget.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with customers to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.
- Negotiate prices and financing options with customers to close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- OMVIC Certification
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Experience with digital tools including CRM applications and E-leads an asset
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Self-starter, a desire to succeed, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Professional sales aptitude
