Together, we can achieve remarkable outcomes and set new standards in customer service and client satisfaction.Position OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our Mission Training & Exercises (MT&E) business line, bridging the gap between advanced technical capabilities and evolving customer requirements. You will lead a virtual, cross-functional team to deliver industry-leading, differentiated solutions that maintain our competitive edge in core and adjacent markets. Success will be measured against the virtual P&L performance of your business line.You will leverage your experience in military operational readiness training and operations, bringing a deep understanding of complex mission training environments and requirements for mission readiness. As warfare evolves, training needs to as well. The MT&E business line will harness your expertise in digital backbone architectures for secure, multi-domain, distributed synthetic training environments.
