- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and positioning for the Electronics product line.
- Act as the subject matter expert for electronic design workflows, with a strong focus on PCB design and manufacturing processes.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align product direction and execution.
- Drive business development activities by identifying growth opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with external parties, including technology partners, customers, and industry stakeholders, to expand product reach and value.
- Represent the product line in customer meetings, industry events, and partner discussions.
- Contribute to go-to-market plans, product messaging, and commercial enablement.
- Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in electronics, semiconductor, and photonics domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in PCB design, electronic product development, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with engineering software and understanding how software supports design and manufacturing workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in customer engagement, business development, or external-facing technical/commercial roles.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in semiconductors and/or photonics is an asset.
- Strong technical knowledge of the electronic side of product development, with the ability to engage credibly with engineers and customers.
- Proven experience in product management, product line management, or a similar strategic role in the engineering software or electronics industry.
