- Lead end-to-end project delivery across creative, digital, and content programs that drive measurable client outcomes
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies thatoptimizeteam capacity and client investment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, technology, and client services to ensure seamless execution
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular updates and proactive communication on project status
- Identifyand mitigate project risks such as deadlines, key stakeholder review, and implement contingency plans that keep programs on track
- Manage project budgets and resource forecasting, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional value
- Establishquality control processes and approval workflows that maintain creative standards and client satisfaction
- Transform complex requirements into clear, actionable briefs that enable teams to deliver their best work
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives that enhance team productivity and project outcomes
- Monitorproject performance against KPIs, delivering insights that inform future planning and client strategy
- Clear communication skills - have the ability and comfort level to keep senior team leaders and members abreast of projects and deadlines.
- A proventrack recordmanaging complex, multi-channel marketing or creative projects with budgets of $100k+ and timelines spanning 3-12 months
- Strong project management methodology experience (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) with expertise in tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills that build trust andmaintain alignment across diverse internal teams and client organizations
- Experience coordinating creative production workflows, from concept development through final delivery and activation
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines whilemaintainingattention to detail and quality standards
- Financial planning and budget management experience, with ability to forecast, track, andoptimizeproject profitability
- Strong analytical skills to interpret project data,identifytrends, and recommend process improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- The ability to aggregate project data (volume, deadlines, budgets, etc.) and develop high-level reporting.
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements
- Financial sector experience preferred: Understanding of financial services marketing, compliance requirements, and regulatory considerations is valued.
- Advanced proficiency with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, project planning AI assistants) to enhance planning, communication, and process optimization
- Agentic approach to project challenges: systematically breaking down complex programs,identifyingoptimal delivery paths, and executing with clear reasoning
- Experience developing AI-assisted workflows for project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to train team members on effective AI tool usage for project management tasks
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in project planning contexts
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $76,500.00 to $85,500.00 CAD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER's total compensation package.
