I'm looking for a competent person who is able to cook authentic italian food for an elderly couple. Cleaning the kitchen, including washing dishes, sweeping /spot washing floor, if necessary for safety, may also be needed. Ideally you will be able to help for 1 or 2 days per week, 2-3 hrs each time, making enough food to last for couple of days of leftovers. The days needed are flexible.
