This trusted business specializes in designing and installing beautiful, custom-built kitchens and cabinetry for homeowners ready to renovate. They're expanding beyond their strong referral network and contractor relationships to reach more families planning major kitchen renovations.Schedule:

Part-time (20 hours per week) | Eastern Time (Toronto)
Monday to Friday 4pm to 8pm EST

Responsibilities:

Research and identify qualified prospects planning kitchen renovations or new installations within the Greater Toronto Area
Generate high-quality leads of homeowners actively considering custom kitchen projects (not small repairs or maintenance)
Conduct strategic outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and other proven lead generation methods
Qualify prospects to ensure genuine interest in full kitchen renovations and custom cabinetry solutions
Set qualified appointments for the sales team to provide in-home measurements and project quotes
Focus lead generation efforts within a one-hour radius of Toronto to optimize service delivery
Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and lead generation activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with the team to refine ideal customer profiles and improve targeting strategies
Track and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting roles
Strong understanding of the North American market, with Canadian market knowledge preferred
Excellent research skills to identify and qualify potential prospects effectively
Outstanding communication abilities for phone and email outreach campaigns
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively in remote environment
Results-oriented mindset with experience working toward lead generation targets and KPIs
Bonus if you have familiarity with home renovation industry or kitchen remodeling processes
It helps if you have experience with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and sales automation platforms
