- The successful candidate will teach six undergraduate courses per year in the Computer Engineering curriculum. Courses may include:
- Computer Architecture
- Computer Engineering Fundamentals
- Algorithms for Computer Engineers
- Microprocessors
- Operating Systems
- Real-Time Systems
- Computer Security
- Electrical and Computer Engineering Design
- Engineering Design II
- Electric Circuits
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Computer Engineering program, including curriculum planning and CEAB accreditation.
- Participate in student advising and departmental and Faculty-level service activities.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment for undergraduate students.
- A PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
- Demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching, or strong potential to excel in this area.
- The successful candidate must be eligible and committed to registration as a Professional Engineer in Nova Scotia.
- Experience or interest in curriculum development and accreditation processes is an asset.
