With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Service Manager for our Peterbilt shop in Vittoria, ON. THE ROLEAlong with leading a team of dedicated mechanics, the Service Manager will be communicating with drivers and shop administration, organizing the team while upholding safety standards. Integrity, leadership, communication, and passion are essential to this role.ABOUT YOUSuccessful Scotlynn Candidates Have:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a 310T licensed technician
  • Leadership, time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate level of Excel skills
  • Service compliance with MTO regulations
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN
  • Executing & supervising the service of the Scotlynn fleet of trucks & trailers
  • Review maintenance schedule and work orders
  • Diagnostic, service and preventative maintenance of storage and equipment/machinery
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to performance specifications
  • Provide clear communication and excellent customer service skills to drivers and customers in a team environment
YOUR COMMITMENT
  • Full Time Permanent
  • Straight days
  • Work Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm, weekends as needed
