This position requires the ability to build customer centric relationships while communicating TTI's commitment to excellence. You must possess a Team First attitude, interacting with your peers positively to bring the best out of them and yourself. Your passion for both product and business knowledge will help your team reach their required objectives.You will be responsible for service order support, including customer inquiries/updates, customer contact for estimates - repair approvals and pick up notifications. The ability to prioritize tasks, effectively communicate using email, phone and text.
